On Saturday, July 17, 2010 of Silver Spring, Formerly of Potomac, MD. Beloved husband of Virginia Gallagher. Father of Joan Gallagher Young and Robert J. Gallagher. Captain Gallagher is also survived by his grandchildren Ryan John Gallagher and Megan Marie Gallagher.
