Beloved husband of Carol; loving father Jessica and Allison; devoted son of Dwight and Diane; brother of Jo, Mark and Kenna. He was a dedicated public servant and environmental activist. A memorial service will be held at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre at the Rockville Civic Center Park, 603 Edmonston Drive, Rockville, MD on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 9:30 AM. Interment private.
