Of Bethesda, Maryland on Wednesday July 28, 2010 at Washington Hospital Center. Beloved husband of Mary V. Koenig. Devoted father of Marianne (Michael) Bender and Francois (Susan) Koenig. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Robert A. Pumphrey Bethesda-Chevy Chase Funeral Home 7557 Wisconsin Avenue Bethesda, Maryland on Monday August 2, 2010 from 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 7500 Pearl Street Bethesda, Maryland 20814 on Tuesday August 3, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be Private. In Lieu of Flowers contributions may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Education Fund.
